Dwelloquent Remodel Planning Portal
Effective date: 7/1/26

This policy explains what information the Dwelloquent Remodel Planning Portal ("the Portal") collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. The Portal is operated by Dwelloquent LLC, based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Questions? Email info@dwelloquent.com.

The short version: the Portal exists to help you plan your remodel. Your project data belongs to you. We don't sell it, we don't share it with advertisers, and we only use trusted service providers to run the app.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Your name and email address, provided when you purchase access or when we create your account. Your password is stored in encrypted form by our authentication provider — we never see it.

Project information you enter. The Portal is a planning tool, so it stores what you put into it: project budgets and cost estimates, room measurements and scope details, product selections, contractor and vendor names and contact details, bids and quotes, order records, notes, tasks, timelines, and punch lists.

Files and photos you upload. Inspiration photos, design files, bid documents, receipts, and other attachments — which may include photos of your home.

Voice recordings. If you use the voice dictation feature, your audio is sent to our transcription provider to convert it to text, and the resulting text is saved where you dictated it. We do not keep the audio recordings.

Purchase information. Payments are processed by SamCart, not by us. When you buy access, SamCart sends us your name and email so we can set up your account. We never see or store your credit card number. SamCart's handling of your payment details is governed by SamCart's own privacy policy.

Technical information. Like most web applications, our hosting providers automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide the Portal: storing and displaying your project data, syncing it across your devices, sending essential account emails (invitations, password resets), and providing support when you contact us. We may also use it to secure the service, fix problems, and comply with legal obligations.

AI features. The Portal includes an AI planning assistant and document features (like extracting details from an uploaded bid). When you use these features, the relevant content — your question, the document, or your dictated audio — is processed by our AI service providers to generate the response. This content is used to serve you, not to advertise to you.

What we don't do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your project data, photos, or documents for marketing.

3. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that make the Portal work: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Cloudflare (application hosting), our AI processing providers (which power the assistant, document extraction, and voice transcription), our email delivery provider (account and service emails), and SamCart (purchase processing, as described above). Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Beyond that, we would disclose information only if required by law, to protect the safety or rights of our customers or business, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business (in which case this policy would continue to apply to your data).

Project sharing. If you invite a collaborator (such as a spouse or contractor) to your project, they will see the data in that project. Only invite people you trust with your project details.

4. How long we keep your information

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active, so your planning work is there when you need it. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete your personal data and uploaded files within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep certain records.

5. Your rights and choices

You can view and edit your project data directly in the Portal, and export your data using the built-in export features. You may also email info@dwelloquent.com to request a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your account and all associated data. We will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example, the European Union, United Kingdom, or California), you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we hold, the right to deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honor these requests for all customers regardless of location. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

6. Security

Your data is protected by encryption in transit and at rest, access controls that restrict each account to its own data, and authentication provided by our infrastructure partners. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the personal nature of the information you store here. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Children

The Portal is intended for adults planning home remodels and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or by a notice in the Portal before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
